One by One by Ruth Ware
This kind of weather makes me want to settle in and read a mystery. A new favorite mystery author of mine is Ruth Ware. Ruth has done it again in One By One, this time she takes us to a retreat in the French Alps. A tech start-up is at a luxury ski resort for a team building retreat. It starts like any other, but when tensions in meetings heightens and a winter storm’s fury matches the turmoil. After an avalanche cuts the group off from civilization and rescue seems unlikely the retreat turns deadly.
