Loser By Jerry Spinelli

But Zinkoff is a happy, regular kid in many ways.  He wants to have good friends, ride bike, and shares the same hopes and dreams of other children who don’t have as many challenges to conquer as Zinkoff.

Then in what could be a tragedy, Zinkoff shows his true nature and loyal qualities.  His remarkable spirit carries him through events that in the end earn him long-awaited recognition and respect.
